We delivered embedded algorithms for tool wear detection and process control directly on industrial machines — achieving 99.8% accuracy in condition recognition while ensuring full data privacy and seamless factory integration.
Intelligent Process Control for Extrusion Lines
To reduce waste and optimize product quality, a manufacturer of foam-based insulation boards needed real-time insights into material properties during production.
